The prep operating system

You write the plan. Your athlete works it.

From sixteen out to show day, one plan and one record.

The coach’s roster in TOA: 7 athletes grouped by why they need the coach, 2 in peak week and 5 with weight stalled. Each row shows days out, clean check-ins and weekly trend.
The athlete’s day in TOA, 47 days out: today’s training with 3 of 7 sets logged; 2 of 5 meals checked, with daily targets for protein, carbs and fat; water at 2.25 of 4 liters.

TOA counts the prep down to the stage.

You and your athlete see the same prep at the same time. Here it is from 47 days out to show day.

  1. 47 days outThe athlete

The plan says what today asks

Today’s session, today’s meals and the water still to drink, each counted against its target. Finish the session and it reads 7 of 7, logged.

TOA on an ordinary training day, 47 days out: a Lower density session with 3 of 7 sets logged and an Open training button; 2 of 5 meals checked, with daily targets of 155 g protein, 220 g carbs and 50 g fat; water at 2.25 of 4 liters. The same day once the session is done: 7 of 7 sets logged and marked Logged. Water has reached its target at 4 of 4 liters.
  2. 7 days outThe coach

    The week arrives whole

A check-in goes in once and lands assembled, with what changed on top. TOA reads it first. You still make the call.

A weekly check-in in TOA, week 12 of 12, filed 7 days out: 58.1 kg, up 0.4 kg against a plan of minus 0.3 kg a week, one cardio session missed, mood down from strong to good, then an AI brief marked coach-eyes only and a suggested focus, with Write feedback and Draft adjustments buttons.
  3. 6 days outThe coach

Your roster groups itself by why each athlete needs you

Every row carries its reason, with days out, clean check-ins and trend beside it. You know where to start before you open a single check-in.

A coach’s roster in TOA: 7 athletes, 7 need the coach. Two are in peak week, day 2, at 6 days out. Five have weight stalled for 5 days or more. Each row shows days out, clean check-ins and weekly trend.
  4. 2 days outThe athlete

Peak week, one hour at a time

It is your coach’s plan. Do what is due now and mark it done with one thumb.

Peak week in TOA, Thursday, 2 days out: now at 3:00 PM, rice cakes and honey meal, 60 g carbs; next at 6:00 PM, pack show bag; 2 of 4 done today; buttons to log a symptom and mark 3:00 PM done.
  5. Show dayThe athlete

    The show sets the clock

Every day of the prep is counted in days out. On show day the count is in hours, with what to do now above it.

Show day in TOA, backstage and on schedule: now at 7:00 AM, tan touch-up in the tanning room; athlete check-in done and synced; next at 9:00 AM, prejudging on the main stage; show start in 2 hours 20 minutes; a Mark done button.

Sixteen weeks of work, and one day that decides it.

Prep runs on a pile of tools that don’t know about each other. Something falls between them every week: a missed check-in here, a stalled week nobody caught there, a question answered twice because the answer was never anywhere findable.

  • The plan lives in a spreadsheet.
  • Check-ins are buried in a chat thread.
  • Macros sit in one app, cardio in another.
  • Progress photos pile up in the camera roll.
  • The weigh-in trend lives in somebody’s head.
  • Last week’s feedback is gone by Thursday.

Six tools. Every handoff between them drops something. That is where preps stall.

Every prep is two people working one plan.

If your season ends on a stage, TOA is for you. Both of you.

The coach

Hours a week, gone before the coaching starts.

Twenty athletes, every one a different number of weeks out. Twenty check-ins to open, twenty trends to rebuild in your head before you can write a single honest reply.

TOA gives you back the hours that go into assembling the picture, so the time you spend on an athlete is spent coaching them. You know who needs you today. You answer them. Every answer stays on their record, week one to show day.

Coach seats start at $49 a month for 10 athletes. The athletes on your roster pay nothing. See every seat size.

The athlete

The work is hard enough without hunting for it.

Sixteen weeks of 5 a.m. cardio, macros to the gram and a check-in every Sunday.

TOA gives you one obvious next action instead of six tools and a group chat. What today asks of you is on one screen, and what your coach told you on Sunday is still findable on Thursday.

If your coach runs your prep on TOA, you pay nothing. On your own, Personal access is $9 a month for your own training and nutrition plans and one weekly review.

Built around the pair
A prep lives between a coach and an athlete. TOA is built around that relationship first.
You keep the judgment
TOA is software that puts the week’s facts in one place. Take coaching, training and nutrition advice from a coach, and medical advice from a qualified professional, never from TOA.
The record stays whole
The record follows the athlete from off-season to show day. It exports whenever they ask.

We build TOA with coaches and athletes in real preps.

Prep is sixteen weeks on a calendar that ends on one day. It runs on tools that were never built for it.

The job is being done with the wrong equipment. The cost lands on the two people who can least afford it: the athlete in the last hard weeks, and the coach trying to get them there.

What is TOA?

TOA is the prep operating system. It holds a competitive bodybuilding contest prep from the first week to show day, for the coach running it and the athlete doing the work.

Who is TOA for?

Coaches who run contest prep, and the physique athletes they coach. If your season ends on a stage, TOA is for you.

What does TOA cost?

A coach seat is monthly and sized by your roster, from $49 for 10 athletes to $549 for 250. The athletes a coach has on their roster pay nothing. An athlete running their own prep pays $9 a month for Personal access. Every subscription carries a 30-day money-back guarantee from its first payment.
